SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Delivery Time: The delivery time for bodyboards will be informed at the time of purchase and will vary according to the customer's location. The deadline starts counting from the confirmation of payment.

  • Shipping: The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product. Shipping will be paid by the customer, except in special promotions where free shipping may be offered.

  • Tracking: After posting, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the progress of the delivery on the carrier's website.

  • Delivery Attempts: Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made to the address provided. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to the factory and the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.

RETURN POLICY
  • The customer must contact customer support and provide all necessary information to initiate the return process.

  • The return packaging must contain all original items and accessories, and shipping must be done via a carrier indicated by the factory or the Post Office, as applicable.

  • After the return, we will analyze the product, which may take up to 5 business days. If the requirements are met, the refund or exchange will be processed.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, the refund may appear on the next statement, depending on the card issuer.

  • For payments via bank slip or transfer, the amount will be deposited into the account provided by the customer within 10 business days after approval of the return.
